When we aren't working, we love exploring the natural beauty and local flavors of Breckenridge. One of our favorite places to hike is the McCullough Gulch Trail, known for its stunning alpine scenery and accessible trailhead. In town, we often dine at Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant, where the chili verde really hits the spot after a long day of outdoor adventures.

I find immense satisfaction in helping owners maximize their investments.

I'm Madison, the Director of Operations at Grand Welcome Breckenridge & Summit County. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, I graduated with a business degree from the University of South Carolina. My career path has led me through real estate sales and into the short-term rental industry, where I've spent the last three years.

I initially joined Grand Welcome as General Manager in Austin/Hill Country, an experience that has been invaluable in helping me better support my teams of General Managers across all our markets. I'm passionate about what I do and love the dynamic nature of this industry.

My passion for aviation led me to serve as an Aviation Officer and Helicopter Pilot for nine years. This experience instilled a sense of discipline and commitment that I now apply to my business.

Eventually, my journey brought me to Breckenridge. My wife Kerry, stepdaughter Lana, son Olympiu, and our two dogs, make our home a lively and loving place.

Now, I'm dedicated to providing a grand welcome to all visitors of Summit County through my short-term vacation rental business. I look forward to welcoming you to our vibrant mountain towns!
